What to Bring to Closing

A closing is often a joyous occasion. But to be sure that celebration is not delayed, there are a few items you need to be sure you bring with you to our office. Each signing party will need to bring in a government issued ID, and we always advise to have a second form of identification. (A credit card or Social Security card will work.)

If you’re the seller, don’t forget the keys and garage door openers to give to the buyers, and buyers should bring copies of the homeowner’s insurance policy. All certified funds to be exchanged at the closing table should be made payable to “Transnation Title.”
