While most real estate news stories have focused on the buzzing residential market, there have been encouraging headlines on the commercial side as well. Check out this piece from REJournals about “signs of normalcy returning to West Michigan commercial real estate.”

According to the article, research from Colliers showed that the local commercial market was on the mend, and it seemed like business was returning to normal following the uncertainty brought on by the pandemic.

We know the recovery from the pandemic will continue to be uneven across all sectors. If you’re a developer, attorney, investor or anyone else involved in this market, this blog also serves as a reminder that your trusted Transnation Title team can handle your commercial transactions, too.
